It starts today....with me.

Spoke with Elder Carter today and learned that Elder Rustin has to go back to work!
This means Elder Rustin cannot work full-time for the church and provide the quality time needed to meet the demands of the work at hand. Obviously, people in need will not have access to his expertise and knowledge. This is a sad day. Elder Rustin is committed. I saw it in his eyes and demeanor when I met him for the first time. This dude is serious about his work for God. I need to get back on track. I lost site for too long on what I set out to do. I need to contact him asap and work on a plan to get him back to working for the church and the vision.
